Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing and analytics for auto portfolios. The role requires coaching staff, directing projects, and collaborating with clients to deliver sound pricing strategies.

The position is remote anywhere in the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska), with emphasis on stakeholder communication and strategic impact within a rapidly evolving mobility landscape.

Formación

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years of statistic/actuarial analysis in commercial insurance
• Graduate degree plus 3+ years of statistic/actuarial analysis in personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS certification required or pursued, strong leadership and coaching abilities

Responsabilidades

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytics projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Review work of consultants, manage team workload, and balance business goals with staff capacity
• Provide training, feedback, and guidance to staff to drive performance
