Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead and develop actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing projects and client engagements. The role requires coaching, mentoring, and coordinating cross-functional pricing analyses with internal and external stakeholders.

The position is remote anywhere in the United States with Hawaii and Alaska excluded.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 5 years of post‑bachelor actuarial analysis experience in commercial insurance, or a graduate degree with 3 years in personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS certification
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Understanding of market landscape
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and train staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights and recommendations
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and ensure timely completion of projects
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and lead teams
• Provide effective challenge to leadership
