Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants, guiding pricing projects and client-facing work. This remote role supports internal stakeholders and external clients across the United States.

You will oversee analyses, coach staff, and ensure timely, high-quality results while building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Requires strong decision‑making, leadership and motivational skills
• Have a solid understanding of the market landscape
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients, via project development.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversees the successful completion of projects within the required time frame.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department.
• Manage Teams time and workload and recommends tradeoffs to leadership
• Provides effective challenge to leadership
