Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead and develop pricing teams and act across complex auto pricing projects. You will coach analysts, oversee analyses, and ensure timely delivery while aligning pricing with business goals.

The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, strategic pricing recommendations, and cross-functional partnership in a remote-friendly environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Requires ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching, training, and direction across pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department.
• Balance achievement of business results with constrained human capital.
• Travel as needed for role and meetings.
• Foster collaboration and mentoring within the team.
