The position emphasizes coaching, stakeholder engagement, and strategic pricing for commercial auto, with a remote-first setup across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field.
• Graduate degree with 3+ years of actuarial analysis experience for personal lines.
• ACAS and FCAS credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external clients through project work.
• Oversee and coach actuarial analysts/consultants; ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review work of staff and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Lead and train teams; balance business results with available human capital.
