Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto). You will lead Actuarial Analysts and Consultants on pricing and analytical projects, coaching and directing teams, and interacting with internal stakeholders and clients to drive high‑quality results.

The role emphasizes relationships, mentorship, and accountability with a remote‑first setup across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area plus 5 years post-bachelor experience OR a graduate degree with 3 years personal lines experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) required or FCAS preferred.
• Strong decision-making, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead actuarial pricing projects for commercial auto, coaching analysts and consultants.
• Oversee analyses for client and internal stakeholder use and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review work of analysts and consultants and manage team workload and priorities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff, balancing business results with available human capital.
