Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants across pricing projects. This remote role will guide coaching, training, and direction while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and collaboration with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes ownership of pricing analyses, client-facing presentations, and leadership of teams in a dynamic mobility-focused business.

Qualifications

BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area required.
Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop actuarial analysts and consultants, providing coaching and direction across pricing projects.
Oversee actuarial analyses to support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Review and manage consultants and analysts to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coach and mentor staff, balance business results with human capital constraints.
Provide client-facing analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
