Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing and analytical initiatives across commercial auto insurance. This remote role supports a national scope in the United States and involves coaching analysts, reviewing project work, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• ACAS designation and ability to coach, mentor and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction on pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure project success within deadlines.
• Manage teams' time and workload and provide guidance to leadership.
• Serve as client-facing partner presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies.
