Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto). You will lead actuarial analysts, coach teams, and drive pricing projects across commercial auto. The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration and strategic guidance to stakeholders.

You will oversee analyses, mentor staff, and ensure timely, high-quality results while balancing business goals with human capital. Remote-friendly within the United States with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3+ years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to staff.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and the commercial insurance marketplace.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Review work and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Train and manage Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department.
• Manage team workload and advise leadership on tradeoffs.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital.
• Collaborate with clients and internal partners to present analyses and pricing strategies.
