Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Senior Reliability Analyst to optimize reliability and uptime for our ARES team. You will analyze data, collaborate with management and technical staff, and implement cost-effective resolutions to improve operational efficiency across production applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification in Computer Science with 7 years Information Technology experience; OR 9 years Information Technology experience
Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS, Mobile and web technologies, Data center platforms (servers, storage), End user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile)
Experience in Application and server operations and application configuration, Iterative / agile / scrum development tools, and System architectures and application portfolio
Detail-oriented. Data analysis. Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes. Oral and written communication skills. Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately. Problem solving / analytical thinking
