Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Operations Support Analyst to ensure operational performance, service quality, SLA compliance, and regulatory adherence. This fully remote role supports cross-functional teams across the United States, aligning workflows and reporting with contractual requirements.

The position emphasizes advanced operational support, system configuration, testing, and continuous improvement while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 operational support to programs in the operations phase.
• Monitor events and alerts; triage, track, escalate tickets; run reports.
• Research root causes and engage resources to resolve issues.
• Provide on-call support and assist with scheduled maintenance.
• Support new initiatives, contract changes, system enhancements, and implementations.
• Translate requirements into workflows, reporting, and processes.
• Develop and validate operational workflows for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in configuration, enhancement, and testing of Atrezzo functionality.
• Design, configure, and test assessments to validate logic and reporting.
• Monitor compliance, define reporting needs, ensure data accuracy.
• Read, understand, and comply with HIPAA policies.
