HCSC is seeking a Senior Reliability Analyst to support the ARES team with data-driven reliability improvements and operational efficiency enhancements. The role focuses on applying best practices to ensure uptime for production applications and will involve independent project work and cross-team collaboration.

The position is a work-from-home role with no sponsorship, and compensation ranges from $84,400 to $152,300 depending on skills, experience, and location.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or tech certification with IT experience.
Experience with cloud computing and data center platforms.
Familiarity with agile/scrum development and system architectures.
Ability to analyze data and simplify complex concepts.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
