Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT with 5+ years IT experience, or technical cert with 7 years, or 9 years IT experience.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS.
• Experience in application and server operations and agile/scrum development.
• Detail-oriented; data analysis; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
