Moveworks, now part of ServiceNow, seeks a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the US Public Sector to partner with Account Executives on complex Fed/SLED deals, shaping win strategies and driving outcomes.

You will lead discovery, run technical workshops, deliver persona-based demos, and articulate ROI while collaborating with Product Management and Customer Success. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI in enterprise environments and integrating AI into workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering roles for enterprise platforms.
• Experience in industries like technology or telecommunications is preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for customer meetings and events.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and deal strategy in Fed/SLED accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to map business challenges to Moveworks capabilities.
• Deliver demonstrations showing Moveworks and ServiceNow delivering automated workflows and improved employee experiences.
• Run technical and architectural workshops covering AI/ML, integrations, and security.
• Build ROI cases with data-driven insights and enable measurable outcomes.
• Define success criteria and manage end-to-end Proof of Concept engagements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and guide programs like roadmap alignment.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success post-sale.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.
• Stay informed on competitive positioning within ServiceNow ecosystem.
