Job summary

Citeline, part of Norstella, is seeking a Senior Account Executive in a remote US role to drive new business and deepen relationships within the Life Sciences sector. You will lead campaigns across content marketing, digital advertising, data analytics tools, and events.

You will identify new accounts, grow existing ones, and apply a consultative approach to understand client challenges and marketing objectives. Strong sales background preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and proven track record.
• Ability to apply a consultative sales approach to client needs.
• Experience or familiarity with selling content marketing is a plus.
• Understanding of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Familiar with Life Sciences or clinical trial landscape is beneficial.
• Ability to develop revenue streams through digital solutions and events.
• Knowledge of selling to a subscription audience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new accounts in Life Sciences to sell Marketing Services.
• Grow and expand existing Citeline Marketing Services accounts.
• Use consultative questioning to uncover customer challenges and objectives.
• Create bespoke campaigns including content, research, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales teams to expand revenue streams and opportunities.
• Manage campaigns from start to finish and document results for renewals.
• Coordinate with production to ensure campaigns go live and perform successfully.
• Deliver performance reports and benchmark results for clients.
• Maintain industry awareness and adapt to market factors.
• Support other duties as assigned.
