Job summary

Citeline, part of Norstella, seeks a Senior Account Executive for Marketing Services to lead client relationships and drive new business. The role focuses on selling Citeline content marketing, digital advertising, data analytics tools, and industry events to Life Sciences clients.

You will identify new Life Sciences accounts, grow existing relationships, and build bespoke campaigns with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and renewals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with a consultative approach.
• Experience selling content marketing and digital advertising.
• Understanding of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Familiar with Life Sciences and clinical trial landscape.
• Experience generating new revenue through digital solutions and events.
• Knowledge of marketing to a subscription audience.
• Experience selling and managing B2B advertising accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify new accounts in the Life Sciences sector to sell Marketing Services products.
• Grow existing relationships within the Citeline Marketing Services Portfolio.
• Apply a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and marketing objectives.
• Work with clients to build bespoke marketing services campaigns including content, research and thought leadership programs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create new revenue streams.
• Manage campaigns with delivery teams and document results for debriefs/renewals.
• Assist production to ensure campaigns go live, are optimized, and meet client standards.
• Deliver performance reports and benchmark results for clients.
• Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of market factors affecting the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
