Job summary

Citeline, now part of Norstella, seeks a Senior Account Executive, Marketing Services, to drive new business and manage campaigns for Life Sciences clients. You will sell content marketing, digital advertising, data analytics tools, and industry events.

You will identify new accounts, grow existing relationships, and apply a consultative approach to understand client objectives and craft bespoke campaigns. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to ensure campaigns meet and exceed client

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales success in B2B
• Consultative sales approach required
• Experience selling content marketing is a plus
• Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Life Sciences industry is advantageous
• Ability to develop new revenue streams with digital solutions
• Experience with subscription-based marketing services is a plus
• Familiarity with advertising campaigns and events a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop client relationships across multiple products and services
• Identify new Life Sciences accounts to sell Marketing Services
• Grow existing Citeline Marketing Services customers
• Assess client needs and marketing objectives with open-ended questions
• Collaborate with clients to build bespoke marketing campaigns
• Work with sales teams to expand revenue streams
• Oversee campaign delivery and post-campaign debriefs and renewals
• Ensure campaigns launch smoothly and meet client expectations
• Deliver performance reports and benchmark results
• Stay informed on industry trends affecting clients
