Job summary

Citeline, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Marketing Services. You will lead client relationships, drive new business across Citeline content marketing, digital advertising, data analytics tools and events.

In this remote US role, you will identify new accounts, grow existing relationships, and deliver bespoke campaigns with cross-functional teams. A strong consultative selling approach and familiarity with life sciences are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and proven track record.
• Consultative sales approach is crucial in this role.
• Experience selling content marketing is a plus.
• Must understand integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Familiar with Life Sciences industry and/or the clinical trial landscape.
• Experience developing new revenue streams through digital solutions and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify new Life Sciences accounts to sell Marketing Services products.
• Grow existing relationships within the Citeline Marketing Services Portfolio.
• Apply a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and objectives.
• Build bespoke marketing campaigns including content, research and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create new revenue streams.
• Oversee campaigns with delivery teams and document results for debriefs and renewals.
• Assist production to ensure campaigns go live and perform well.
• Deliver performance reports and benchmark results against peers.
• Stay informed about industry factors affecting the business.
