Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience and a proven track record in negotiation, communication and problem solving with a focus on profitability and growth of the sales territory. You will qualify leads, develop referrals, manage a client database, and present contracts while collaborating with customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads, grow current book of business organically.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials. Plan & conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while working closely with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services among competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales contracts and product training to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
