Qualifications

• 2+ years selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Leads sales territory toward profitability and growth.
• Must have a robust rolodex with law firms in the territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
