Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Establishes plans to expand customer base and leadership within sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service and report progress for client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery and analyze competition.
• Attend events, trade shows and networking; present products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals and contracts.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person; nurture relationships.
• OTE $200,000 +++
