The successful candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience in court reporting, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead toward profitability and grow a sales territory.
• Plans to expand customer base and train clients on products.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow existing book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain client databases.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing and maintain sales materials.
• Coordinate with customer service to manage cases and improve satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competition and market pricing for strategy.
• Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking events.
• Present products to current and potential clients and negotiate sales proposals.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities; OTE indicated at $200,000+.
