Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; grow the book of business organically.
• Develop and maintain a client referral network.
• Maintain a customer database and sales materials.
• Plan, conduct direct marketing activities and track results.
• Manage cases with customer service; improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on delivery; analyze market pricing.
• Attend events; develop and present product offerings to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Follow up on sales activities and maintain relationships.
