Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of the sales territory in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database; manage marketing materials and direct marketing activities.
• Coordinate with customer service to report progress and recommend improvements for client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery and analyze market pricing.
