Essenti Talent is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States. You will generate leads, grow your book of business, and develop client referrals while maintaining a robust client database.

You should have 2+ years of sales experience in court reporting, a proven track record, and a strong Rolodex within the territory. A bachelor's degree is required and a remote role offers high earning potential with an OTE

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
• Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Must have strong rolodex with the law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilidades

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while working with customer service and report progress to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
