Responsibilities include lead generation, client referrals, maintaining a CRM, and delivering compelling presentations and training on product offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Proven sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Plans to expand customer base and contribute to client training programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms for market pricing, products, and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
