Our client, a virtual-based Senior Account Executive, seeks a high-performing sales professional to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms. You will generate and qualify leads, expand the client base, and present compelling proposals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requires 2+ years selling to law firms, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in negotiation and sales growth. Remote opportunity with strong earning potential, including an OTE of $200,000+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads strategy to grow profitability and sales territory in line with company vision.
• Strong network with law firms within the territory and a solid rolodex.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify leads; grow current book of business organically.
• Develop client relationships and referrals; maintain client database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing; maintain sales materials and campaigns.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery; analyze market pricing and competition.
• Attend events and present company products to clients; negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person; follow up on activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Develop sales proposals and conduct product trainings; present contracts.
