Job summary
Top Echelon LLC is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms. The role focuses on generating leads, expanding the client base, and maintaining strong relationships across a national territory.
Candidates should have 2+ years of sales experience in court reporting, demonstrate negotiation and leadership, and hold a Bachelor's degree. A robust rolodex within law firms will be an advantage for success in this remote role.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads and grow current book of business.
- Develop and maintain client referrals and a customer database.
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain sales materials.
- Manage cases with customer service to improve client satisfaction.
- Present sales contracts and deliver product training to clients.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on opportunities.
- Aim to achieve high client retention and profitability; pursue OTE targets.
