Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. This remote role focuses on generating leads, growing the client base, and presenting services to potential clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience in court reporting, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Estimated OTE around $200,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in court reporting services.
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Established contacts within law firms.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales materials and plan direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Present product training to clients.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Follow up on sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
