Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, and grow the client base while maintaining strong relationships.

The position requires 2+ years of selling to law firms, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree. A lucrative OTE is offered with room for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Proven success in sales, negotiation, and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads to profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress and make recommendations.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals to clients.
