The role emphasizes relationship building, contract negotiations, and delivering high-quality service. A Bachelor's degree and proven sales success in the legal services space are preferred. OTE is strong, reflecting uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads and grows a sales territory aligned with company goals.
• Develops plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a client database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials and plan direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery and analyze competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients and prospects.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email or in person and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up on sales activities and maintain good client relationships.
• OTE $200,000 +++
