Job summary

LeadingReach is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close. You will turn warm leads into paid clients, build pipeline for growth, and collaborate with Enterprise Development and Product teams to drive technical sales conversations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful B2B software sales.
• Hands-on CRM and opportunity management experience (Zoho is a plus).
• Detail-oriented and data-driven; trusted with sensitive information.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, presentations (online and onsite), contract negotiation and close.
• Lead technical sales conversations alongside internal and external teams.
• Consult with prospects on workflows and challenges, and show value of subscriptions and add-ons.
• Hand off closed deals smoothly to Customer Success.
