Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years healthcare operations or patient access experience.
• Experience with outpatient scheduling workflows (Epic Cadence preferred).
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain patient access workflows to improve scheduling and referrals.
• Translate requirements into effective access designs and system workflows.
• Create clear documentation for workflow designs and standards.
• Act as a consultative partner to operational and clinical leaders.
• Bridge communication between technical and operational teams for implementation.
