Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years of relevant business experience OR high school diploma with three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of all products and benefit designs of UPMC Health.
• Knowledge of clinical workflow and JCAHO and DOH regulations preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with strong customer orientation and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize patient access and experience initiatives.
• Ensure access design and scheduling workflows align with patient-centered care and access goals.
• Translate operational and clinical priorities into scalable access solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve access efficiency and resource utilization.
• Support standardization of workflows and templates across the system.
• Provide strategic consultation to operational and clinical leaders on access design.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and align on enterprise standards.
• Lead cross-functional discussions translating business needs into workflow changes.
• Build partnerships across operations, IT, and clinical leadership.
• Lead or co-lead enterprise access initiatives and governance structures.
