The role requires experience with high-volume healthcare scheduling, strong communication skills, and proficiency across Athena, Epic, Dash, Genesys, or Salesforce in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring clinical resources and patient time are used with maximum efficiency.
• Accurately capture demographic and insurance information to ensure a seamless checkout and billing experience.
• Resolve scheduling hurdles and provide clear, empathetic guidance to patients regarding their pre-service requirements.
• Support the insurance authorization process to ensure patients get the care they need without delays.
