Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to help Falcon Complete customers maintain a strong security posture and achieve reliable outcomes. The role emphasizes technical excellence, customer management, and an AI-enabled security platform.

You will assess environments, recommend remediations, partner with internal teams, and produce service reports while upholding SLAs. A 3+ year cybersecurity background and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to guide customers toward secure outcomes.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations (SANS, ISC2, etc.).
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture for Falcon Complete customers.
• Create and remediate components to enhance security posture.
• Contact customers on misalignment with standards.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and statistics as requested.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
