Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. seeks a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to guide customers toward secure outcomes within a remote, full-time role.

You will assess environments, provide actionable recommendations, and coordinate remediation across CrowdStrike products to strengthen defenses. In this role, you will communicate clearly with customers, document issues, deliver service reports, and partner with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience with threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or cybersecurity; certifications preferred.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' Falcon environment for alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations aligned to improved security.
• Create and recommend remediation for CrowdStrike components to enhance security posture.
• Contact customers when misalignment is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer-related issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and stats as requested.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support to troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
