Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to guide customers toward secure configurations and optimal use of our AI-native platform. You will assess environments, issue recommendations, and coordinate remediation with internal teams to ensure breaches are stopped.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity, strong customer-facing communication, and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS. US citizenship or GC is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Strong customer-facing communication experience.
• Experience with Windows, Linux and macOS.
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SANS, ISC2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments and align with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture.
• Create and remediate components of CrowdStrike products for better security.
• Communicate with customers when misalignment occurs.
• Document and resolve customer issues following procedures and SLAs.
• Develop service reports and metrics for customers.
