Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to support customers globally from a remote setting. You will guide security posture, provide recommendations, and coordinate remediation across CrowdStrike products to stop breaches.

The role requires strong security know-how, excellent communication, and collaboration with internal teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cybersecurity, familiarity with Windows/Linux/macOS, and experience in threat detection and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology and/or cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2 or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer Falcon environment and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide customers with recommendations to improve security.
• Create and remediate components of CrowdStrike products to improve security posture.
• Contact customers when misalignment with standards is identified.
• Document and resolve customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and stats as requested.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support to troubleshoot and coordinate efforts.
