Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to guide customers toward secure experiences with the Falcon Complete service. You will assess environments, make security-enhancing recommendations, and coordinate remediation with CrowdStrike products and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity, strong customer empathy, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s in cybersecurity or related field, plus relevant certifications, is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations (e.g., SANS, ISC2).
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• Experience with threat detection and incident response.
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture.
• Create remediation steps for CrowdStrike products to boost security.
• Directly contact customers when misalignment is identified.
• Document and resolve customer issues per SLAs.
• Develop and present service reports and stats as requested.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
