Minted is seeking a remote seasonal Customer Service Representative for September through December 2026 in the United States. You will handle phone, email, live chat, and social media inquiries with warmth, resolving complex customer questions about design, printing, and fulfillment.

You will use Salesforce or other CRM tools, cross-reference orders, and collaborate with a Team Supervisor to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume and moving between contacts quickly.
• Experience with design-related work and fulfillment.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn multi-system tools and adapt to new workflows.

Responsabilités

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve customer concerns, custom product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges promptly and professionally.
• Use internal knowledge bases to augment service and provide great experiences.
• Manage multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order information, checking design files, verifying inventory tools, and processing order adaptations.
• Document customer interactions within Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Identify platform friction points and share insights with CS leadership to improve the broader customer journey.
• Maintain a high bar: deliver strong quality and be available for customers through proactive communication with leadership.
• Direct Feedback Loop: collaborate with Team Supervisor during regular 1:1s and video huddles to discuss unscripted resolutions and workflow improvements.
