Job summary

Minted, a premium design marketplace, is seeking remote seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support customers during the September–December 2026 period. You’ll handle multi-channel inquiries, guide design and production questions, and resolve issues with warmth and expertise.

Reporting to a Team Supervisor, you’ll navigate multiple tools (CRM, order systems) and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Availability includes some evenings and weekends within our set schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service with high-end customers preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media with warmth.
• Resolve unique customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly.
• Use internal knowledge base to provide accurate, empathetic answers.
• Cross-reference order information and update design files as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or CRM with data accuracy.
• Identify platform issues and share insights with leadership.
