Job summary

Minted is a premium design marketplace for stationery, art, and home. We’re seeking Customer Service Representatives for a remote seasonal role from September through December 2026. You’ll handle multi-channel inquiries and deliver elevated, personalized service.

Work in a small pod with dedicated leadership, using Salesforce and other CRM tools to resolve complex issues for high-end customers while maintaining a proactive, empathetic approach during holiday timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with high-end customers and owning problems to resolution.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume; familiarity with queues and routing.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve unique customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly without scripts.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms with accuracy.
• Identify platform friction points and share proactive insights with CS leadership.
