Job summary

Minted is seeking a customer service specialist for remote seasonal work in the United States. You will handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with care, resolving complex inquiries without scripted limits and researching using internal knowledge bases.

You will work across systems to review orders, design files, and inventory, documenting interactions in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRMs while upholding data policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience serving high-end customers and independently resolving complex problems.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume and working within contact queues.
• Experience with design-related work or fulfillment, including photo printing or design files preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to create personalized, professional responses.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to continuously context-switch across platforms.
• Experience with omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk, with ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
• Ability to work a set schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Empathy, resilience, adaptability, and comfort solving unscripted customer situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media customer interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve custom product inquiries, unique customer concerns, and fulfillment challenges without relying on rigid scripts.
• Use internal knowledge bases to research product, design, photo, and printing questions.
• Navigate multiple systems to review orders, check design files, verify inventory, and process order changes.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce or other CRM platforms while following data policies.
• Identify operational errors and platform friction, and share improvement insights with Customer Service leadership.
• Maintain strong service quality, availability, time management, and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with supervisors through one-on-one and video huddles to discuss resolutions and workflow improvements.
