EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I West to expand the chance to help personal injury lawyers and victims access faster settlements and better outcomes. You will lead outbound efforts, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messages and first impressions for new customers.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and strong product knowledge, with remote flexibility across the US and multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-based business models.
• CRM experience and data hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Uncover customer needs and articulate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify growth areas and execute outbound strategies.
• Develop sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Customer Success for high-quality content.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot.
