Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I West to grow the top of the funnel through proactive outbound outreach. You will qualify opportunities for Account Executives, listen to customer needs, and articulate how EvenUp’s solutions create value for personal injury law firms.

You will work with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling outreach content, maintain HubSpot data, and help build a scalable outbound system.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads and CRM usage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp's qualification criteria.
• Utilize listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide the best content and first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to the outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.
