EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I Central to grow the top of the funnel through outbound outreach and to qualify opportunities for our Account Executives. You will listen to customer needs and explain how our AI-driven justice platform accelerates settlements.

The role is remote across the US and central regions, with opportunities to collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and commission.

Formación

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and articulate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies to reach them.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft effective first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate client data within HubSpot.
