Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I to help grow the top of the funnel through outbound campaigns and generate qualified meetings for Account Executives. This remote-friendly role covers US regions including Midwest markets and collaborates with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling outreach.

You will develop product knowledge, identify growth areas, and maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, contributing to faster settlements for personal injury cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and communicate EvenUp solutions.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.
