Job summary

EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I for the Southeast region. This remote role spans multiple US markets and focuses on growing the top of the funnel through targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You will build product knowledge, collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success, and maintain CRM data to ensure accurate pipeline management. A background in SaaS sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-based business models.
• Experience in generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Use active listening to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can help.
• Identify high-potential areas of growth and develop outbound strategies to reach them.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft effective first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
