Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I Midwest to drive outbound lead generation and book meetings for our growing sales organization. This remote role supports multiple US markets, including Milwaukee, with a focus on understanding customer needs and communicating how our AI-powered justice platform can deliver faster settlements and better outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
Experience with generating outbound leads.
CRM experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp's qualification criteria.
Understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can solve them.
Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to create impactful content for new customers.
Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
